1990 GI JOE ARAH VAPOR v1 COBRA HURRICANE VTOL PILOT VINTAGE HASBRO ACTION FIGURE AS-IS RARE (1990) RIGHT ARM is broken/missing. FIGURE needs a new O-RING, but since most potential buyers will likely want this figure for parts, I don't want to swap it out and risk damaging it. I tested the BACK SCREW and it's clean and can be easily removed. Minor play/paint wear and light discoloration. Please let me know if you have any questions.
