Seller is very responsive and professional from fielding my queries about the piece, to monitoring the progress of the shipment. There was a tricky situation with the courier (who did not delivery the package to the addressee) and the seller handled it reassuringly. All was well that ended well! Definitely trust this seller! (Ebay needs to fix its tracking interface however. It's info was not updated and caused confusion. I also suggest that info re any sales taxes is made more accessible)
Great communication throughout from the guys, speedy postage. Unfortunately the watch had magnetised in the post (nothing you can do here, just one of those things!). The guys accepted my return, and processed the refund no dramas. 10/10 quality service - would look to get a watch from them again.
