  1. I Ordered wrong size,so i contacted seller. They had me return this Item so I could Re-Order the Proper size I needed! It was FASTER this way!! TRUST ME!! I had an Alternator that was Damaged by UPS last Spring from another Seller,that was a "BEAR" to get RMA'd ,cause the seller kept wanting a TON of info,and Miscommunication between US on Language Structure was causing me a HEADACHE !! I FINALLY fingered out he wanted, the "FULL" VEHICLE INFO inputted into Ebay's Garage! This went GREAT

  2. The first Cooler I received contained some deficiencies that were clearly an oversight during assembly. However, upon contacting Pelham Equipment, there was an immediate response to the issue. They communicated with the Mfr. and shipped an exchange unit the next day. Back and forth communication was excellent. They forwarded a pre-paid return label for the unit I had in hand. Very Professional. Yes. I would do business with Pelham Equipment again.

  3. After receiving a couple incorrect harness' from other vendors, I saw a color picture of exactly what I needed. Arrived when they said, packaged well, and the CORRECT wiring harness !!! Had a color code diagram with it ! Excellent folks to deal with !!! Got the tractor in the shop yesterday and just drove it out of the shop about ten minutes ago ,with everything working perfectly !! THANKS !
