When I received this necklace I asked to return it because I already had the same necklace, I packed the necklace in same box i received & seller sent me their address which was in China and I pay for shipping and get tracking information. I took the package to the Post Office was told I needed to fill out a form I think was the value? and was told the postage would cost. $19.90. Changed my mind and canceled the request for return very disappointed.
Package arrived by priority mail & in perfect condition. Necklace secure inside heavy cardboard box inside nylon jewelry pouch & wrapped in heavy layers of bubble wrap. This seller always packs great packages! The necklace is in brand new condition & fabulous as described with the beautiful bead at clasp.
