Bought a used Tesla windshield wiper module. First one sent had a worn out bushing (common issue). Seller immediately refunded purchase, told me they had a newer one available, sent me photos of it to confirm it was good, pulled part and sent me an offer. Seller also did partial refund on new part price to match previous purchase price so I wouldn’t pay anything more.. My 3rd Tesla part purchase from this seller: fast, reasonable cost, well packed, excellent communication.
The exhaust arrived fast but wasn’t boxed so it sustained a couple of dents not visible from the seller’s pictures. I’m sure it was sustained in the shipping so NOT the seller’s fault but I would recommend boxing items in the future so shipping damages don’t occur. Otherwise I am absolutely happy with my purchase and my interaction with the seller. This FMF exhaust sells for $350-$400 so this was a steal no matter what.
