the seller was great, the shredder is another story. i think my honest and educated description of this item is, Poor Design. the opening for 16 sheets is precisely 8.5", you have to physically stand over the shredder to line up the paper, of if it goes in a little off, it will jam, shreds fall behind the basket, and it shuts off. it has a short run time, and takes long breaks. if you're trying to shred more then 1 sheet, good luck, i'm running out of room to type
