  1. The instrument I purchased was a 6-inch model, which was somewhat small and not ideal for my doll, but I truly appreciated the seller's prompt response and quick shipping. Since I needed it urgently for a themed party, choosing the smaller size proved to be a costly mistake. Fortunately, I was able to find a more suitable 10-inch instrument from another seller shortly after. Overall, I find this seller to be excellent to work with, demonstrating reliable communication and courteous service .

  2. Through no fault of the seller; USPS lost this shipment after October 1st, and it never arrived. USPS sent a message saying it was delivered this last week, I phoned them to say it was not delivered and and they said no it wasn't delievred but they needed to clear the shipment from their system and the only way to do it was to mark it delivered. Again, no fault of the seller, she had excellent communication and quickly refunded the transaction.
