Shipping was fast, packaging was great and it works as described. My wine bottle opener can again be charged as we had lost the original charger. This was not such a great value as a whole new electric corkscrew could have been bought for only a couple dollars more and shipping (to the same city) was expensive, but we like the battery corkscrew that we have so we opted to just get the charger from ebay as they are not sold anyplace else. There was a bit of an honest hiccup/mix-up, but the seller persisted to "make it right." I'm glad they stood by their sale and immediately gave me several options to resolve the issue. In the end, I'm very happy with my purchase. Separately, the description says "NO BACK," but a back was included, so that's a plus.
