It came from Amazon the box was a little damaged but my item was not. The tracking number at least the one I got when it said out for delivery it meant out for delivery to the post office. Then when it said delivered that means it was delivered to the post office. But I finally got it because it was delivered to the post office at very early in the morning before they were open. So be patient I was able to cut to shape and install no problem looks good good value and arrived in good condition.
