As soon as I completed my purchase, I got am email from the seller confirming the purchase. What a great touch. When I wrote back to confirm the timing of the shipping (because I would be out of town during a certain time frame a week from the purchase), the seller replied saying I would have the item in essentially 2 business days. And today they arrived, perfectly safe and well wrapped. What a pleasant, over the top great buying experience.
The seller was upfront within a few days of the sale that there was a manufacturing defect, and asked if it was ok if the item arrived by the middle of December. Initially I said yes, but then I realized that I made an error and needed the item sooner. I notified the seller who initiated a prompt refund. A very reputable, honest and great professional. Didn't get a tracking number so I didn't see when the package came in. It was very fast delievery and no damage. Overall good experience.
