I received an email that my tape was delivered, however when I looked outside it as not there. I sent the seller a message that I did not receive it and to either send it or refund me. I did receive the tape a few days later. I clarify that my address was street, not place, I think they mistakenly delivered it to the wrong place and the people kept the tape. In any case, they did send me the tape and I appreciate it. The tape is great!

Unfortunately I did not receive the item- not sellers fault. Was delivered to the wrong address. They refunded my money promptly. Feel sorry for the seller.
