Item is as new so well pleased. The item didn't arrive on time but think this was down to poor Royal Mail service these days. Complete lack of tracking information for this item . Even on the day it was delivered the tracking information given was " TRACKING NUMBER ISSUED ON FRIDAY 20TH JUNE AT 1058. Had no idea it was going to be delivered on Monday 30th June. Ten days to deliver item is not acceptable.
