Use scissors to cut the incisions at both ends of the round band to make them flat. (If the two ends are not flat, the surface of the round belt will be easily broken at the interface due to insufficient heat fusion) 2. Fix the cut round belt on the connecting pliers. 3. Turn on the soldering iron switch , and fuse the round belts at both ends fixed on the connecting pliers. (Note: The temperature of the electric iron must be within 250 ℃ when connecting, otherwise it will affect the physical properties of the polyurethane.) 4. After the round belt is hot-melted, tighten the connecting pliers for about 2-3 minutes and wait for the round belt to cool down. 5. Take out the round belt and smooth the joints.
