Steel Roller & Soft Roller Compared with a traditional gluing machine, the automatic gluing machine is equipped with an upper steel roller and a lower soft roller. Gluing Thickness Adjusting Knobs Two black adjusting knobs are arranged on the side of the machine and can be used to adjust the gluing thickness to meet different glue coating requirements. When the user rotates the knobs, different quantities of glue can adhere to the lower soft roller to adapt to different materials. It can well ensure the high gluing accuracy and high production efficiency. Safety Baffle The automatic gluing machine is equipped with a safety baffle for safety protection. It is made of high-strength materials and marked with a safety sticker, so that the operator is effectively reminded that do not stretch hands into the machine in the working process. After the work is completed every day, each sleeve should be lubricated timely, then idling needs to be conducted for a few minutes, and then the machine can be stopped. Operation Method 1．The baffle is opened, the glue is poured into the glue box (1), so that at least 1/3 of the soft roller (6) is dipped into glue. 2．According to the desired thickness of the material to be turned over, adjust the central axis of the gap between the steel roller (5) and the soft roller (6). Clockwise rotate the adjusting knobs (3) to enlarge the gap, and counterclockwise rotate the adjusting knobs (3) to reduce the gap. 3．Turn on the power switch. 4．Adjust the glue thickness according to the material and the adhesive requirements, clockwise rotate the two adjusting knobs (4) to thicken the glue, and counterclockwise rotate the adjusting knobs (4) to thin the glue. 5．Insert the baffle back to the original position. After all parts are adjusted to be normal, the glue side needs to be placed downwards on the baffle, the workpiece is pushed gently to pass through the space between the steel roller (5) and the soft roller (6), and is coated with glue automatically and intermediately, and the sizing process is completed.
