All cookie cutters are made on a 3D printer using PLA plastic. Color may vary. This item is hand wash only . Using a dishwasher will ruin the product. Avoid prolonged exposure to any heat source and moisture. All packages in the United States will be shipped using the USPS. All international packages will be shipped with either the USPS or the UPS.

  1. The item was not shipped in the package as appeared. The item was shipped in a Ziploc bag with a piece of cardboard, which indicates it is not new. There was not any handling and storing instructions. The item did arrive intact. I am sure a vinegar soak will sanitize the item. The item appears to be sturdy.
