  1. Correspondence with the seller has been great. Very responsive but just doesn't quite get the fact that the product is a bit inferior to most others of the same style and type. You don't get a lot with this package either. As a matter of fact, there is NO case but just a flimsy cheap bag that you have to put the packing materials in with the unit and can't use all of it because it doesn't fit. There's no bag for the stand AND stand is too small too.
