This is my second purchase and i still do not care for the sellers communication. I am a e turned customer solely on the price and quality. This time around the shipment packaging i received my earrings was absolutely disgusting. Keep in mind this is something that traveled overseas and arrives with red stains everywhere and stuff crusting off that i have to open. Luckily the earrings are as described and i got my authenticity card this time. My apt was also printed wrong so I’m glad DHL called.
This seller is one of the BEST communicators on EBay. Not only do they reply in a timely manner, they are very polite and helpful. As far as the tennis bracelet, I opened the package (late due to customs, so not their fault), but was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! The earth mined diamonds are GIA authenticated and very clean and sparkly!! For a 3 carat bracelet, this lights up and demands attention. Definitely recommend this seller and their products.
The product arrived earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise. It required a signature, but the deliverer called to bypass it and hid it on my porch. The earrings are an 9.5/10—great for the price. The only downside was the packaging. They came in a tin box for protection, but the earring box was taped to it, and removing it ripped the jewelry box. So, it’s not really giftable. Just wanted to share my thoughts. Thanks!
