I am so disapointed not only did the ring arrive in a plastic box when you would think it would be coming in a ring box ..then I find there is no personalisation I asked for even though I had an email thanking me for sending personalisation details ..this is not good enough no way to run a business ..I certainly wont be buying from you again ..now I have to find someone to personalise it for me costing me more money .
