You will need a PDF annotation app (Goodnotes/Notability for iPad, Penly for Android etc) and a stylus pen is recommended for handwriting. Compatible with all PDF annotation apps.
This is the VIBRANT pack with faint white template lines (suitable for medium to dark vibrant colors only). If you want light/pastel colored paper please check out my PASTEL digital note template pack also available in my shop.
Note templates are printable but due to excessive ink usage I recommend using digitally.
Fair use applies to the builder tool. A limit may apply to the number of templates you can build in a day.
