These Pens are personally handmade in Australia to a premium standard using a Natural finish for a great writing experience. Laser Engraving adds a really nice touch to a pen that makes a great gift . The pens come in a beautiful black gift box with a window displaying the pen.
The Pens are crafted from your choice of timber, Style and trim colour. One of my personal favourites is the Western Australian Jarrah Timber with Chrome trims.
For Personalised Engraving Quite a few font options and also logos, pictures can be engraved using a laser cutting machine.
These pens are custom made to order so please allow up to 2 weeks
Timber Choice :
*Red gum. Colour Varys from pink to dark red even black Wavy fiddleback grain River red-gum is an excellent choice for engraving as it burns nicely under the laser the black engraving stands out against the reds.
*Jarrah native to Western Australia has deep rich reddish-brown colour and an attractive grain. it is my favourite Timber to work with.
*French oak recycled from 1913 French wine vats it is blond in colour
*Olive . Wavy grain that is strikingly rich and colorful in appearance. The story goes that this Timber was harvested from the Murchison Catholic Church grounds by the gardener.
*Silky oak A soft and light hardwood light blond in colour with prominent ray cells.
* Apricot A colourful grain pattern of light to dark orange.
*Buloke. A beautiful Native Australian Timber other dark and lighter grain cell patterns salvaged from the Wood pile of a relative this Timber is considered to be the hardest Timber in the world
